By engaging with TRIBE's services, clients agree to adhere to the terms stipulated in our service agreement. This agreement delineates the scope, duration, and deliverables of the services provided by TRIBE. Any alterations or amendments to the service agreement necessitate written consent from both parties, ensuring clarity and transparency throughout the engagement process.

Clients are required to fulfill payment obligations in accordance with the terms specified in the service agreement. Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in the suspension or termination of services. Refunds are granted solely at the discretion of TRIBE and are subject to the conditions outlined in our refund policy. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the agreement or permitted by applicable law.

All intellectual property rights associated with the services provided by TRIBE, including copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets, remain the exclusive property of TRIBE. Clients are prohibited from using, reproducing, or distributing any proprietary materials without prior written consent. Furthermore, TRIBE and clients agree to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information exchanged during the course of engagement, safeguarding business strategies, trade secrets, and proprietary data from unauthorized disclosure.
